This shot is at Central St. Note the fence between track 2 & 3 indicating a station with commuter traffic,restricting people from walking across the track,and the signal bridge just south of the station. That is the north end of the Canal interlocking where the Mayfair branch connects with the Wisconsin division on Green Bay Road. I grew up one block to the east of the station on Eastwood. Whoever took the picture either was on a stepladder or got on the roof of the outbound passenger waiting room.
